Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Flour - 5 tbsp.l .
- Baking soda (slaked) – 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 4 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Raisins - 1 handful
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar and salt into a foam, add cottage cheese and mix.
Add sour cream, and then flour and soda. At the very end, add the raisins.
Put the mass in a greased frying pan with high sides.
Cook the casserole on low heat under the lid for about 25 minutes.
