It is difficult to cook such a dish that all the household would like. Difficult, but possible! In my family, it's a simple soup with meatballs. I cook it without frying and onions. It turns out to be light, satisfying and very tasty.
Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 400 g
- Potatoes - 200 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1,5 l
- Parsley - 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.

Peel the carrots and cut them into thin circles.

Add salt to the minced chicken and mix well with your hands until smooth.

Wetting your hands with water, pinch off small pieces of minced meat and form round balls.

Boil water, add meatballs, bay leaf and cook for 5 minutes.

Add potatoes, carrots and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
