- Cottage cheese - 350 g
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Egg whites - 3 pieces
- Berries - 130 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Starch - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk cottage cheese with sour cream and starch in a blender.
Separately whisk the whites with sugar to persistent peaks.
Gently mix the proteins into the curd mass in two passes.
After that, add the berries and put everything in a baking dish.
Put the casserole in the oven for 45 minutes at 160 degrees.
