If you are tired of the standard fillings for rolls, I suggest adding variety with this interesting option. You will need vegetables – carrots, celery and leeks. Optionally, you can add one green apple, but this is no longer necessary.

Finely chop the leeks, celery and carrots. Put it on the meat and roll up a tight roll.
