Cottage cheese casserole without flour and semolina

Do you want to learn how to cook cottage cheese casserole without flour and semolina? Then the following recipe is for you. In it I describe the whole process in detail. It is better to bake in a silicone mold, but if you use another one, be sure to lubricate it with oil.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Milk (warm) – 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Raisins - 1 tbsp.l.
- Cranberries (dried) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Powdered sugar (for submission) – 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.
Wash the raisins and cranberries in boiling water, put them on a towel to dry.
Carefully separate the whites from the yolks.
Beat the whites with sugar with a mixer until fluffy foam.
Mix the yolks with salt, vanilla, milk and cottage cheese.
Gradually add the whipped whites, gently stirring with a spatula in one direction.
Add the raisins and cranberries, leaving some for decoration.
Put the mass in a silicone mold, spread the cranberries and raisins on top.
Bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. The time may vary depending on the thickness of the layer and the characteristics of the oven.
Sprinkle the finished casserole with powdered sugar.
