Cut the mushrooms into plates, marinate in soy sauce for 15-20 minutes, and fry.
Boil the potatoes almost to readiness and cut into slices.
Randomly alternate layers of potatoes and mushrooms in a mold. It's better to have potatoes on top.
Sprinkle all the spices and grated cheese, and cook for 20 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven.
