- River fish - 500 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Tomato paste - 1 art.l.
- Water - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the fish into chunks, season and put in pots.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry until soft.
Add tomato paste and fry for a couple more minutes.
Put the roast on the fish, add a little water and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
