Zucchini goes well with any cheese, but with parmesan, even they sound very special. So I offer such a wonderful casserole when you want something delicious, but at the same time as easy as possible in every sense.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 1 kg
- Parmesan - 120 g
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Thyme (or other greens) – 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the zucchini into circles, put it in a mold and sprinkle with all the spices.
Sprinkle them with grated parmesan and put a sprig of thyme on top.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
