Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Cream - 200 ml
- Processed cheese - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk cream with egg, add spices, crushed garlic and grated melted cheese.
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, put it in a mold and pour the sauce over it.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 170 degrees.
