- Chicken fillet (breasts or thighs) – 500 g
- Prunes - 80 g
- Dried apricots - 80 g
- Raisins - 1 handful
- Walnuts - 1 handful
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the dried fruits with water for 5-10 minutes and dry them.
Coarsely chop the nuts with a knife.
Spread out and chop the chicken fillet into one solid layer.
Sprinkle the chicken with spices, randomly lay out the filling and roll up a tight roll.
Wrap the chicken roll in foil and bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
