Start the day with a delicious breakfast. And in order not to get up ahead of time, prepare a cottage cheese casserole from the evening. For this recipe, you will need homemade eggs and cottage cheese. Thanks to them, the dish turns out really tasty and beautiful.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese (home) – 600 g
 - Chicken eggs (home) – 5 pieces
 - Sour cream - 1 tbsp.l .
 - Semolina - 2 tbsp.l .
 - Lemon zest - 0,5 tsp.
 - Sugar - half a glass
 - Salt - 0,25 tsp.
 - Butter (for lubrication) – 20 g
 
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve. Thanks to this, the casserole will turn out tender.
Beat eggs with sugar, salt and sour cream.
Mix cottage cheese, beaten eggs, lemon zest and semolina. Leave the mass for 8-10 minutes so that the semolina has time to swell.
Grease the mold with butter, lay out the casserole and smooth it out.
Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
