- Chicken thighs (fillet) – 500 g
 - Onion - 1 piece
 - Chicken eggs - 1 piece
 - Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
 - Breadcrumbs - 0.5 glasses
 
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken and onion with a meat grinder.
Add spices, egg and some breadcrumbs to the consistency.
Form the cutlets and roll in the remaining breadcrumbs.
Fry until golden in a frying pan and then bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
