This is probably the most satisfying pasta casserole you can think of. And all because canned beans also come here. It is especially successful if you have a jar of beans right in the tomato.
Ingredients
- Pasta - 350 g
- Beans (canned) – 300 g
- Tomato sauce - 150 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Cheese - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the pasta until tender.
Finely chop the onion, fry until transparent and add chopped bell pepper.
After 3-4 minutes, add the chopped tomatoes, chili and garlic. Pour in the tomato sauce and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Mix the sauce with beans and pasta directly in the baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cook the casserole for 25-30 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
