If you like chicken rolls with lots of toppings – this recipe is especially for you. But be sure to cook it in foil so that nothing falls apart. And also – fold as tightly as possible and cut only when it cools down a little.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
 - Champignons - 150 g
 - Tomatoes - 150 g
 - Onion - 1 piece
 - Carrots - 1 piece
 - Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
 - Olive oil - 1 art.l.
 
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots and finely chop the remaining vegetables and mushrooms.
Fry onions and carrots in olive oil until golden. Add the mushrooms, and after a couple of minutes – tomatoes.
Cut and spread the chicken in a thin layer, chop and rub with spices.
Lay out the filling, roll up a tight roll and wrap it in foil.
Bake the chicken in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
