Dishes cooked in a cauldron are always distinguished by a special taste and tenderness. Even if they were cooked on the stove at the same time – without an open fire and without an oven. And a vivid example of this is this recipe for pork ribs.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 900 g
- Meat broth - 100 ml
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the ribs into portions and fry in oil right in the cauldron until browned on all sides.
Add all the spices and fry for another 5 minutes.
Pour in a little broth and simmer the ribs in a cauldron under a lid for 30-40 minutes until the meat is soft.
