Pink salmon is a very tasty fish that belongs to the category of "Delicacies". In order for the steak to turn out delicious, it is important to follow several rules. Marinate the pink salmon before cooking, watch the fire and be sure to add lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • Pink salmon (steak) – 450 g
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Sea salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the salmon steak and dry it with a paper towel.

Sprinkle with ground pepper, salt and set aside for 15 minutes.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, lay out the steak and fry on high heat for 4 minutes on each side.

Gently flip the fish to the other side, turn down the heat and cook for another 5 minutes.
