- Pink salmon (steak) – 450 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sea salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the salmon steak and dry it with a paper towel.

Sprinkle with ground pepper, salt and set aside for 15 minutes.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, lay out the steak and fry on high heat for 4 minutes on each side.

Gently flip the fish to the other side, turn down the heat and cook for another 5 minutes.

Put the finished steak on a warm plate, sprinkle with lemon juice.
