Add powdered sugar, mix and beat with a mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Pour in half the milk and mix.

Add vanilla, zest and sifted flour. Knead everything until smooth.

Pour in the remaining milk and mix everything again.

Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it up. Pour a thin layer of dough, evenly distributing it with oblique movements over the entire surface.
