By all means try to cook sweet rolls on kefir. The dough turns out to be very soft and delicious. You can serve such pastries with jam, nutella, butter or cheese. A great option for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

Flour - 600 g
Kefir (warm) – 200 ml
Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
Dry yeast (high-speed) – 1 tbsp.l .
Sugar - half a glass
Salt - 0,25 tsp.
Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
Egg yolks - 1 piece
Vegetable oil - 30 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix the sifted flour, yeast, salt, sugar and vanilla.

Add warm kefir, lightly beaten eggs and knead a soft dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and put away in a warm place for 1 hour. During this time, the dough should increase well in volume.

Grease your hands with oil, lightly knead the dough and divide into 12 pieces.

Shape the buns, place on a greased baking sheet and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Brush the buns with yolk and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
