Ingredients
- Almond milk - 250 g
- Flour (wheat) – 250 g
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Almond Extract - 1 tsp.
- Baking powder dough (without slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour almond milk, almond extract into a bowl, beat in an egg and add olive oil. Beat with a whisk until foam appears.

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl – flour, salt, sugar, baking powder.

Combine liquid and dry ingredients, knead until smooth. Leave the dough for 5 minutes, after which you can proceed to frying.

Pour small portions of dough into a hot frying pan. Fry the pancakes on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
