Of course, croissants with condensed milk are a frequent guest on our table. No tea party goes without them if I don't have time for long cooking and kneading dough.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Boiled condensed milk - 150 g
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
- Sugar - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
To make croissants with condensed milk, I take the finished dough from the store. Roll out the dough and cut it into triangles.
Put a couple of teaspoons of condensed milk on the wide side of the strip and roll the dough into a croissant.
Whisk the egg yolk, anoint the croissants on top so that they become ruddy at the end. Also pritruzite them with sugar.
Put all the croissants on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180C. When serving, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
