In the season of fresh young vegetables, you want the same fresh and bright dishes. I tell you how to cook a delicious and fragrant borscht with new potatoes, cabbage, carrots and other vegetables. I advise you to serve it with green onions and sour cream.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Young cabbage - 300 g
- Young potatoes - 300 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Beetroot - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken until tender. Add chopped potatoes and cabbage to the boiling broth.
Thinly slice the young beets, carrots and onions. Fry for a couple of minutes and mix with spices and tomato paste.
Send the vegetables to the borscht and cook until all the ingredients are ready.
