A simple recipe for very tasty pancakes. Flour may need more or less, so add it in small portions, stirring constantly. And to make the pancakes look lush, do not cover the pan with a lid when frying.
Ingredients
- Dry yeast - 11 g
- Flour - 350 g
- Vanilla Essence - 2 drops
- Powdered sugar - half a glass
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Water (warm) – 2 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix warm water, powdered sugar, salt, yeast and vegetable oil.

Add the sifted flour, vanilla essence and mix until smooth.

Cover with a towel or cling film and put away in a warm place for half an hour. During this time, the dough will double in size.

Preheat a dry frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
