
Meat pancakes can be cooked with any minced meat. They turn out very tasty and satisfying, especially if served with sour cream. It takes less time to cook than if you wrap the filling in the pancake itself.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Minced meat - 200 g
- Milk - 250 ml
- Flour (wheat) – 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a deep bowl, beat a couple of eggs, add salt and sugar (you can do without it). Whisk with a whisk.

Pour in half the milk and pour in the flour. Stir until smooth.

Add the minced meat to the bowl and bring it with an immersion blender to a more homogeneous state.

Pour in the remaining milk and butter, stir and let stand for 15 minutes. At this stage, it is better to stir not with a whisk, but with a spoon, since then it will be difficult to remove the remains of minced meat from the whisk.

Grease a hot frying pan with oil and pour a little dough. Fry for 3 minutes on low heat, then turn over and fry with another for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve the pancakes hot or warm, with sour cream and herbs as desired.
