
Very tasty cupcakes are made with sour cream. This recipe seems to me even more convenient than the classic one. I especially recommend it to beginners who are just beginning their acquaintance with cooking. Try and appreciate all its simplicity!
Ingredients
- Flour - 2 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 120 g
- Butter (soft) – 50 g
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar and salt on medium speed mixer.

Without stopping whipping, add the melted butter, sour cream and vanilla.

Add flour mixed with baking powder and mix gently.

Fill the prepared molds with the dough, leaving one third free.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
