
These cookies can be prepared for Valentine's Day, for a romantic dinner or just to please a loved one. A very simple dough recipe and an equally simple glaze recipe. Additionally, you can use icing or sprinkles.
Ingredients
- Flour - 2 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Butter (soft) – 220 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Vanilla Essence - 1 drop
- White chocolate - 200 g
- Food coloring (red) – a couple of drops
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat soft butter with sugar until white.

Without stopping the mixer, add the egg, vanilla essence and sifted flour. Whisk everything together for another 2-3 minutes.

Form a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Roll out a thin cake, squeeze out the cookies with a heart-shaped cutout.

Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Break the chocolate and melt it in a water bath.

Divide the chocolate into two parts, add a drop of dye to one, and two to the second. You will get different shades of pink.

Decorate the cooled cookies with pink icing. Additionally, you can use colored sprinkles or crushed nuts.
