Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Egg yolks (for greasing the pie) – 1 piece
- Vegetable oil (to lubricate the mold) – 1 tbsp.l .
- Apples - 3 pieces
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Preheat puff pastry at room temperature.

Peel the apples from the seeds, peel and cut into small slices.

Put the apples in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and ground cinnamon, mix.

Roll out the dough, cut out a circle of the desired diameter. Leave about a third of the dough for the top layer.

Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil, lay out a round blank of dough.

Spread the apple filling evenly on top.

Cut the remaining dough into identical strips and spread the fillings on top, forming a large cage.

Using a silicone brush, brush the cake with egg yolk.

Bake for half an hour in a preheated 180 degree oven.
