- Beef - 300 g
 - Chicken hearts - 200 g
 - Pearl barley - 100 g
 - Potatoes - 4 pieces

 - Cucumber pickle - 100 ml
 - Cucumbers (salty) – 4 pieces
 - Tomato paste - 1-2 tbsp.l.
 - Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
 
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour water over the beef and simmer for about 40 minutes.
Add the washed hearts and cook for another 20-30 minutes.
Send the pearl barley to the broth. After 10-15 minutes, add the chopped potatoes, carrots and onions.
When the vegetables are cooked, add grated pickles, brine, tomato paste and spices.
Stir the pickle, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
