Ingredients
- Pasta (alphabet) – 150 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Parsley - 1 twig
- Dill - 1 twig
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken broth - 1,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the parsley and dill.
Boil the chicken broth, add carrots, pasta in the form of an alphabet and cook for 5-7 minutes. The exact cooking time of the pasta is indicated by the manufacturer on the package.
Add salt, chopped parsley, dill and remove from heat.
