Grape jam Lydia is my favorite grape jam, because it just has a unique sweet taste and aroma. I use only fresh berries and add a little cinnamon to give even more depth and expressiveness.
Ingredients
- Grapes (Lydia) – 1 kg
- Water - 100 ml
- Sugar - 600 g
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the grapes with water, bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.
Rub it through a sieve and add sugar and cinnamon.
Bring to a boil again and boil the jam for 20-30 minutes until thick.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
