Preparations for the winter should be not only tasty, but also useful. Such as pickles with mustard. Thanks to the natural processes that the brine starts, they retain a maximum of vitamins and trace elements. Such pickles should be stored in the basement.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 5 kg
- Dill - 50 g
- Mustard Seeds - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 180 g
- Water - 4,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put mustard seeds, dill and cucumbers in jars.
Boil water, add sugar, salt and boil for 1 minute.
Pour boiling brine into jars, cover with nylon lids and leave for 2 days in a dark, warm place.
Drain the brine into a saucepan and boil again.
Pour into jars with cucumbers, close the lids tightly and wrap a blanket for a day.
