Ingredients
- Chokeberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Lemon - 1 pcs.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prune rowan berries are separated from the peduncle, sorted, washed under running water, discarded in a colander.
Cut the lemon into small slices.
Put the dried berries and lemon slices in the blender bowl, beat them to a homogeneous puree.
Add sugar and vanilla sugar, mix well.
Place the berry puree with sugar in the bowl of a slow cooker and cook on the “Stewing” mode for 50 minutes.
Pour ready-made jam from chokeberry into pre-sterilized small jars, twist. I recommend storing the cooled billet in the refrigerator.
