Peel and finely chop the apples. Cover with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.
Add water and boil the fruit for 20 minutes after boiling.
Let cool and cook for another 20 minutes.
Grind with a blender, bring to a boil and add cocoa.
Boil for another 15-20 minutes and transfer the jam to a sterile jar.
