All fans of non-banal, but affordable blanks will definitely like this recipe. Jam made from apples and chokeberry turns out to be moderately sweet, moderately sour, slightly tart – very original and multifaceted. Try it on occasion!
Ingredients
- Apples - 500 g
 - Chokeberry - 700 g
 - Sugar - 800 g
 - Cinnamon - 1 wand
 - Star anise - 1 asterisk
 - Carnation - 3 buds
 - Water - 100 ml
 
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the blackberries for 3-4 minutes in boiling water and put them in a colander.
Peel and finely chop the apples.
Add blackberries, water and sugar to them, and bring everything to a boil.
Add spices and cook the jam for 20 minutes on low heat.
If desired, grind it through a sieve. Then boil for another 10 minutes after that.
Roll the blank into sterile jars.
