Ingredients
- Pumpkin (purified) – 1 kg
 - Carrots - 100 g
 - Garlic - 3 cloves
 - Onion - 1 piece
 - Ginger (root) – 1 see
 - Vegetable broth - 250 ml
 - Coconut milk - 50 ml
 - Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
 
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pumpkin and carrot into small cubes.
Chop the onion, garlic and ginger, and fry until translucent.
Add the vegetables and fry for a few more minutes.
Pour in the vegetable broth and cook the soup for 15 minutes.
Grind it with a blender, add coconut milk with spices and mix thoroughly.
