By itself, mashed potato soup is quite simple, but thanks to a handful of grated cheese and fragrant toasted bacon, it plays with new colors. Add some fresh herbs and be sure to serve it hot!
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 700 g
 - Cream - 200 ml
 - Cheddar cheese - 100 g
 - Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
 - Bacon - 4 slices
 - Butter - 20 g
 
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until tender, pour the broth into a cup and puree it with a blender with butter.
Add warm cream, chop again and bring the potato broth to the desired consistency.
Bring the soup to a boil again, add spices and grated cheese, and mix.
Fry the bacon until browned.
Pour the soup on plates, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and add a slice of bacon.
