Ingredients
- Bell pepper (red and yellow) – 6 pieces
 - Carrots - 4 pieces
 - Chili pepper - 1 pod
 - Vegetable oil - 100 ml
 - Garlic - 1 head
 - Onion - 1 piece
 - Salt - 1 art.l.
 - Tomatoes - 2 pieces
 - Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
 
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the onion into feathers, carrots into small cubes, and pepper into strips.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until soft, add the carrots and simmer for 5 minutes. At the end, add salt.
Add pepper and the remaining oil to the vegetables and continue to simmer until soft.
Pass the tomatoes and chili through a meat grinder, pour into the salad and bring to a boil.
Add crushed garlic and vinegar and boil for a couple more minutes.
Roll the salad into sterilized jars.
