Ingredients
- Red Currant - 500 g
 - Sugar - 200 g
 - Salt - 0.5 tsp.
 - Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
 - Apple cider vinegar - 1 art.l.
 - Ground Ginger - 0.5 tsp.
 - Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
 - Black Pepper - 5 peas
 
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the currant in a colander, put it in boiling water for a couple of minutes and then rub the berry through a sieve.
Add sugar and salt, and boil the billet for 5 minutes.
Add spices and vinegar, and boil the sauce for another 3 minutes.
Put it in sterilized jars.
