Tomatoes are always needed in classic lecho. But what if you want something new? I suggest you try this recipe without them. A wonderful vegetable snack will delight throughout the cold season, when those very vegetables are so sorely lacking.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 2.5 kg
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - 20 g
- Vinegar - 0.25 glasses
- A mixture of peppers with peas - tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the pepper, add the remaining ingredients and mix.
Leave the blank on the table for 3-4 hours.
Place the pepper tightly in jars, pour the remaining liquid and sterilize for 20 minutes in boiling water.
Roll up the lecho for the winter.
