Such a classic apple jam was prepared by my mother using the five-minute technology. The recipe is so good and successful that I also continue to use it from year to year, and now I want to share it with you. Very simple and tasteful – a real find for lovers of blanks.
Ingredients
- Apples - 1 kg
 - Water - 120 ml
 - Sugar - 1 kg
 - Cinnamon - 1 wand
 - Star anise - 1 asterisk
 - Carnation - 2 buds
 - Cardamom - 1 box
 
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and finely chop or grate the apples.
Cover with sugar, add water and bring to a boil.
Boil for 5 minutes and let the workpiece cool.
Repeat the previous step 2-3 more times to the desired density.
Add all the spices and boil the jam for another 5 minutes.
Immediately roll it into sterilized jars.
