
Do you like salted canned mushrooms? Then catch a great recipe for crispy chanterelles. It's simple, but at the same time it always turns out well. This snack is especially good with potatoes in any form. And also – with meat dishes and salads.
Ingredients
- Chanterelles - 500 g
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Dill (seeds) – 5 g
- Currant leaves - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 2 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick chanterelles and boil for 20 minutes in boiling salted water.
Put salt, garlic, leaves and dill on the bottom of the container.
Lay out a layer of chanterelles and repeat the spice layer. And so on until the end of the ingredients.
Leave the workpiece for a day under the yoke and then rinse the mushrooms, season again as desired and arrange them tightly in jars.
Store chanterelles in a dark, cold place.
