
In its pure form, fresh dogwood is an amateur berry. But the blanks from it are simply excellent. For example, a pleasant sweet jam with a distinct sourness – suitable for toasts, pancakes, all kinds of desserts and just for tea.
Ingredients
- Dogwood - 1 kg
- Water - 200 ml
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup for 5-7 minutes.
Put the dogwood in it and bring it to a boil again.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Bring the jam to a boil again and boil for 15-20 minutes.
Roll it up for the winter in sterile jars.
