Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 kg
- Parsley - 50 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 80 ml
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 100 ml
- Coriander (in grains) – 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash cucumbers, parsley and chop.
Mix the blanks in a large saucepan, add oil, salt and coriander. Cover with a lid and leave for 2-3 hours.
Put the salad in clean, dry jars and sterilize for 10 minutes.
Pour a little vinegar into each jar and roll it up.
