  • Kiwi - 1.5 kg
  • Water - 1 l
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Allspice (polka dots) – 1 tbsp.l .
  • Rosemary - 2 twigs
  • Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Vinegar - 2 art.l.
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Randomly slice the kiwi and put it in sterilized jars.

Add all the ingredients to the water and boil the marinade for 5 minutes.

Pour kiwi and immediately roll up.
