Ingredients
- Black Currant - 500 g
- Sugar - 1-1.5 glasses
- Water - 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the currants and pour them into a clean jar.
Pour boiling water, cover and leave for 5 minutes.
Drain this water and boil it again.
Cover the currant with sugar, pour boiling broth and roll up the compote.
