Ingredients
- Quince (Chinese) – 600 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Water - 200 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the quince, slice, cover with sugar and leave for 3-4 hours.
Pour in the water, bring the jam to a boil and boil for 30-40 minutes on low heat.
Beat it with a blender, add lemon juice and boil for another 10 minutes.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
