Pickled champignons with citric acid for winter
45 min.
2 servings

If you don't like vinegar or can't use it, this is no reason to give up your favorite pickled mushrooms. Instead, it is quite possible to do with citric acid – and in the recipe I will tell you how to do it correctly.
Ingredients
- Champignons - 500 g
- Salt - 20 g
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
- Carnation - 1 g
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Allspice - 3 g
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Water - 1 l
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the champignons and boil for 10 minutes in boiling water.
Boil a liter of water with all the other ingredients except citric acid.
Put the champignons in the marinade and boil for another 5-7 minutes.
Add citric acid and roll the champignons into sterile jars.
