Ingredients
- Lingonberries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the lingonberries in a saucepan and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Rub it through a sieve and bring it to a boil again.
Add sugar and cook jam for 15 minutes or until desired thickness.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
