Ingredients
- Prunes - 1 kg
 - Cilantro - 1 bundle
 - Garlic - 1 head
 - Water - 0.5 glasses
 - Chili pepper - 1 piece
 - Salt - 3 tbsp.l.
 - Mint - 10 twigs
 - Hop-suneli - 2 tsp.
 - Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
 
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the prunes, add salt, sugar and water, and boil for 20 minutes.
Grind the mass with a blender.
Add spices, chopped garlic, chili and herbs, and boil the tkemali for another 15 minutes.
