- Kalina - 1 kg
- Sugar - 600 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Before cooking, freeze the viburnum berries in the freezer to remove excess tartness.
Defrost and chop them with a blender. Grind through a sieve if desired.
Add sugar, mix thoroughly and put the raw jam in sterile jars.
