- Patisson - 1 kg
- Carrots - 400 g
- Bell pepper - 200 g
- Onion - 200 g
- Garlic - 20 g
- Parsley - 30 g
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - 10 g
- Ground coriander - 5 g
- Vegetable oil - 45 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the squash and carrots on a Korean grater, cut the pepper into strips and chop the onion with garlic and herbs.
Mix all the ingredients and leave to marinate for 3 hours.
Put the patissons in sterile jars, sterilize them for another 15-20 minutes and roll them up.
